Frequently Asked Questions
All volunteers must be at least 13 years old to serve with any of our community mission partners. Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Families or groups with children under 13 should check out the
On occasion, our community mission partners may schedule an evening or weekend volunteer service opportunity. Check back often upcoming opportunities.
Each mission partner organization has their own donation policies and process. Please contact the organization for that information.
Yes, some of our community mission partners will require a background check before you serve, as noted on their volunteer service opportunity.
Please be sure to ask the organization representative during the onboarding process about a recommended or required dress code.
Each organization will provide a way for you to cancel or reschedule once you being volunteering with them. Eventually, we will begin using a centralized volunteer software system so that you'll be able to manage all your volunteer opportunities and schedule.

3. Join the Group (You'll be asked to answer 3 questions and review the Group Rules to join the group).
